He served in a variety of capacities while not only gaining valuable experience with children and adolescents but he also began working with male survivors of sexual abuse.
It was at this point that Tim began to hold positions in the child welfare system, juvenile justice, residential treatment for children and adolescents and school social work. Tim is psychodynamically trained therefore relationships are important and essential to resolving issues that manifest themselves in depression, anxiety, and much acting-out behavior in children, adolescents, and adults. Tim looks very closely at self-esteem. Tim believes that every behavior is a manifestation of unresolved issues. "Everything we do we get something out of it, not always positive."
