Brad Kolano, MA, LMFT, has been practicing individual, couple, and family therapy since 2012. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
from the University of Michigan in 2010 and his Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University in 2013. He
started his career as a behavioral therapist working individually with children diagnosed with Autism. He then worked at a community
mental health center providing brief crisis counseling and case management to struggling clients in the community. Since then, he
has been working for over six years at a non-profit agency in South Bend, Indiana that provides intensive in-home therapy to individuals
and families referred from the Department of child Services and Juvenile Probation.

He started as a Family Therapist in 2014 while also serving as the Regional Trainer for all staff therapists in 2015. He transitioned
to Clinical Supervisor in 2019, and was subsequently promoted to Regional Clinical Manager in early 2021.
While working
as a therapist for the non-profit, he gained experience conducting therapy with diverse individuals, couples, and family systems,
treating issues surrounding communication, trust, parental authority, trauma, substance abuse, grief/loss, and other behavioral and
emotional disturbances. He helped clients and families implement effective strategies that promote positive and long-term change,
equating to higher levels of success and happiness.
Brad's passion and primary focus is working with couples and families.
In couple's therapy, he addresses a wide array of issues, including:

of understanding

In family therapy, he concentrates on resolving problems occurring
in the family unit, such as:
